Are you thinking about having a homemade advent calendar this year? Our silhouette advent calendar is full of enchanting characters for kids to cut, colour and paste onto windows, creating a magical Christmas story! Inside, you’ll find a PDF file with 29 pages.

Description

Great for making a homemade advent calendar, decorating windows and colouring Christmas-themed pages!

There are several ways you can use this printable pack. Divide 24 pages into 24 envelopes, and prepare a homemade advent calendar. When kids open the envelopes, they can colour the silhouettes or cut them out for decorating their rooms and windows. Each silhouette is separate, so they can mix and match the designs, creating scenes of winter fun!

Of course, you can print the designs as many times as you want, so this will work well for siblings, groups of children or for as many years as you want it!

When you check out, you’ll get a PDF file with more than 24 silhouettes (some pages have more than one character), as well as a winter landscape with moon and star silhouettes to go on the windows. Two formats are available. Black is good for printing silhouettes on vinyl, if you don’t plan to colour them. White is good for colouring or printing on different colours of paper.

These are my favorite of the 4 I bought. Wonderful to mix and match for different window themes.

I made silhouettes for Halloween this year from clips that I snipped from the internet. Love being able to pay a small amount and legitimately get these wonderful patterns for Christmas. The different formats make it very easy to scale to the right size. And these patterns are so whimsical and creative. Thank You!

I found a great technique using semi-sheer fabric and weed cloth on a Martha Stewart site. http://www.marthastewart.com/908817/spooky-bird-silhouettes?socsrc=soc_popsugar_smart_living#Outdoor%20Halloween%20Decorations%7C/27430[email protected]/1006804/halloween-decorations-crafts%7C908817
