Shipping
We ship shadow puppets from Canada worldwide!
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process; more for custom orders.
Expect 5-15 business days shipping, depending on the country of destination, preferred method of shipping and time of year.
Attention: Canada Post is currently working slower than usually, so it may take up to 45 days for packets to arrive.
The shipping rate will be calculated during checkout after you put your address in. While regular mail, available for our small products, is by far the cheapest shipping method, please note that the parcel isn’t insured, and neither we nor the mail carrier will be able to track the parcel, should it get lost.
International shipments are categorized as “merchandise” and may be subject to import fees at the cost of the buyer.

Canada
Regular Mail: 5-10 business days after shipping – NO insurance, NO tracking (this method is only available for some of our small items)
Tracked Parcel: 5-10 business days – insurance and tracking are available.
Express Mail: 2-4 business days – insurance and tracking are available.
Free Shipping: for orders above $35

If an insured parcel has been damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us, and we will file a claim for you.
USA

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 90 days for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges). Returned items must be in new unused condition.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us right away and we will file a claim to the postal carrier for you. If you receive the wrong or incomplete product due to our error, we will do our best to make it right an no additional cost for you: we will do a full refund or exchange the product after you ship it back.
We will process your return within 3 days of receipt.
