Feel like wrapping a gift creatively or maybe making some Valentine’s Day art? My 3-year-old and I made a button heart gift wrap!
When we wrap presents, most of them get wrapped quickly – between throwing together lunch and washing up after. But we like to choose a few presents and wrap them creatively with special love and care. It usually takes longer… ten times longer? But it is fun, and my son likes to participate!
Here’s our gift wrapping idea for Valentine’s Day this year. All you need is paper, packing tape and lots of beads and buttons.
In the end, not only do you get a wrapped present, but an hour of peaceful button sorting and sensory tactile play for kids.
